Insurance Terms

Every rental includes third-party liability insurance for authorized drivers, subject to the terms and limits of the insurance policy and rental agreement.

The insurance covers liability for damage or injury caused to third parties. It does not cover damage to the rented scooter, injury to the rider, or theft, disappearance or non-return of the rented scooter.

All drivers must be at least 18 years old, hold a valid driver's license and be authorized under the rental agreement.

In the event of an accident, the renter must contact Punta Cana Moped Rental immediately and follow the required police and insurance reporting procedure.

The security deposit does not represent the maximum amount of the renter's potential responsibility. Responsibility for damage, theft, loss or non-return of the scooter is governed by the rental agreement.
